Needs and rights of children of feminicide:  A transdisciplinary approach to the consequences of gender violence in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic

We propose analyzing the repercussions of feminicide due to gender violence on the needs and rights of the victims' children.

In doing so, we aim to attract attention to the situations of injustice, lack of protection and "silenced" inequality in which these minors and their families find themselves, and to promote theoretical, legal, political and institutional debate.

Ultimately, the aim is to promote legal and transdisciplinary intervention strategies that, from a feminist and intersectional perspective, include their voice and prevent re-victimisation, as well as violence itself understood as a continuum.

We also aim to co-create a pro-active tool for training and awareness through the transdisciplinary production of knowledge so that comprehensive responses to the problem can be made visible, reflected and given at an individual and family level (sons, daughters and relatives), but also at a socio-political and institutional level.
